It has expanded its regional business rapidly in recent years and is currently in search of a talented real estate professional to join their team in India.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the financial and operational performance of a mixed-use, integrated development comprising office, retail, entertainment and residential components.

You will manage the phased openings of the component buildings and work closely with the respective operators in returning the best yield and long-term asset appreciation for the asset’s investors.

Key responsibilities include leading the leasing and tenancy management for the commercial and retail assets as well as maintaining top level property management and customer services.

Requirements:

A good Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Business/Marketing
At least 15 years of relevant post-graduate working experience with a real estate developer, consultancy or asset operator
At least 7 years management experience in commercial / retail leasing or property management
Necessary to possess knowledge on operating requirements and regulations, as well as understanding of commercial or retail market in India.
Strong ability in financial management
Highly innovative with an ability to balance practicality, quality and business considerations, with an eye for details
Strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills and be able to lead the operations team to deliver financial results and service quality
Ability to work closely with both local and international consultants and professional peers
Good team player who can collaborate with colleagues from other business units or departments to achieve shared objectives
India work experience would be looked upon favourably
