Location: Shanghai or Beijing of ChinaResponsibilities:1.Primarily new business sales, responsible for sale, up-sells of outsourcing services and solutions2.Responsible for relationship building with key client and managers, aiming for customer delight3.Plan sales activities and build out a pipeline. Report and forecast accurately and up-to-date4.Understand customer needs and writing winning proposals that utilizes the company’s competencies to address these requirements5.Collaborate with delivery teams to drive joint success, acting as the customer’s advocate
Requirements:
Mandatory• Have sales background. Have carried a quota previously and demonstrated success in quota• Strong networksHighly Preferred• Outsourcing background• Worked with high technology companies • Application Testing/Engineering background Other Requirements1.Minimum5 years working experience with at least3 years IT services/outsourcing sales experience (including implementation, development, testing, quality assurance services)2.Strong sales track record. Consistent on target or over achievement performance 3.Native English speaker.
