Business Development Manager - CozyCot India

The Business Development Manager provides strategic and tactical leadership to the operations of CozyCot India. She is expected to contribute to the achievement of CozyCot’s revenue targets by managing CozyCot India,overseeing of department’s operations and performance,sales process and maintaining good relations with clients.
Responsibilities:

Spot business opportunities through conducting research and other lead generation tactics
Achieve given sales targets and provide periodic sales forecasts and reports
Expand market share and increase customer base
Create and implement business development and marketing plan
Qualify generated leads and initiate contacts with prospective clients
Manage and facilitate the sales cycle of CozyCot
Develop and/or package new products and services
Develop collaterals or the conduct of programs that will promote CozyCot and its expertise to the clients
Build customer relations and provide excellent services
Preparation of quotations and tenders, and propose services to clients
Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve company objectives
Manage advertising and promotion programs and budgets
Perform competitive activities monitoring and market data analysis
Perform other functions as directed by the Managing Director


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or business management, communications, and or social sciences (political science, economics, etc.);
At least three to five years of work experience preferably in marketing and sales, strategic planning, communications and other relevant fields;
Must be willing to undergo 3 months training in CozyCot Singapore office
Must have strong competency in planning and/or facilitating a planning process;
Must have a good grasp of current and emerging market dynamics and realities;
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills;
Must have excellent interpersonal and representation skills;
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; and
Contacts in business community and other stakeholder groups highly desirable.
