URGENTLY REQUIRED!!!Virus Studios, is a well-funded, start-up computer games developer and all-around cool place to work.We have some big plans for the future that will pretty much take us off the charts.This is where you come in.We are looking for a few brave, superstar developers with a keen understanding of user experience, exceptional communication skills and the ability to hit the deadline every time. We believe that working closely together is important, so we’re looking for people who can work full time here at our office. In other words, we’re not interested in freelancers or outsourcing deals. We have a full-time gig waiting for the right person in our office, and we really need someone who can hit the ground running. Now for the pay-off. Roles and Responsibilities :- Responsible for many aspects of design, construction and deployment of a scalable web application.Build a web application that will be used by millions of people!Required Skills :-Track record of delivering well designed web applications (3+ years)Experience with Ruby on Rails framework (2+ years) Extensive experience with Ruby, (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including JSON and AJAX)Comfortable working with SQL Solid knowledge of the full software development life-cycleAbility to work in a team environmentSource control - Mercurial, SVN, Git (at least one)Bonus Skills :-Social media integration a plus (Facebook, Twitter, Mixi, Hi5, etc.) Comfortable working with linux Familiar with iPhone or Android app developmentContact: lbattia@virus-studios.com or smui@virus-studios.comNo Recruiters please!!
