The Customer Service Representatives role is to handle incoming inquiries from our client’ Customers. They are able to handle inquiries via all media channels supported for both inbound and outbound services. The CSR is required to represent client appropriately to all customer.
Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls, faxes, postal mail and emails relating to the programs supported
Provides information about the programs supported to enable customers to access the programs and the associated benefits
Identifies customer requirements and ensures that they are answered or routed through to the appropriate support area
Performs all procedures accurately including following call flows, work processes, data entry requirements and complaint management processes
Provides call backs and call downs to customers as required

Wet Processing Technician (Woven – stationed in Indonesia) - C.F.L. Enterprise Limited

We are a comprehensive brand services and supply chain management company based in Hong Kong and has offices in USA and Shenzhen is now looking for a seasoned professional to fill the following position:


Responsibilities:

To provide technical assistance to the customers by assuring the delivery of quality wet processing products that meet the standard requirement
To review new standards, new development, new trials and pre-production garments with laundry, merchandising and Wet Processing Department
To assist the laundry with necessary needs for all wash trials and production
To review with all concerned departments’ bulk shade band and process tolerances
To investigate new wash process and dry techniques and share with the Department
To provide a correct and current Laundry Profile Evaluation
To provide wash cost on all trials and proposed bulk production
Requirements:

Diploma holder in related disciplines
At least 5years’ working experience in apparel wet processing
Well versed in dyeing and washing techniques as well as testing requirements for different fabric category with majority in denim but will also have piece dye non-denim washes and garment dye
Strong technical, trouble shooting and problem solving skills
Minimum 4 years solid experience preferably gained from dyeing mill, washing laundries and factories
Able to work independently and resolve any washing issues with factories on a daily basis
Good command of spoken and written English; Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage
Will be stationed at the assigned laundry which located at Semarang City in Indonesia
