Job Description

The Client Services Manager builds and maintains relationships with the tradeshow organizer/client
This person ensures that the client’s needs are met in a way that improves customer satisfaction and increases profitability for their own company as well as our own
This person answers customer service questions and resolves issues related to the support functions to be provided by The Venetian Operations, Marketing and Sales Teams
The candidate will interact within The Venetian organization often with various departments, providing input that is used to create sales proposals, improve service and streamline business operations.
Job Requirements
A Client Services Manager:

Has a “thick skin” and is able to handle complaints, even when handling unpleasant customers

Is willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer
Provide prompt, courteous service to all external and internal customers
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to customer problems
Identify and resolve customer issues
Assist with special projects as assigned
Work overtime as needed
Other duties as assigned
