Job description1. Provides Citrix server management services, supporting software in upgrade/patching, and system performance/capability/capacity management，administer supported backup and storage system.2. Supports with the identification of problems related to product/application installation, update, configuration, operations, performance or other aspects of information technology products & services.3. Suggests and/or implements solutions to resolve problems & ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.4. Interfaces with customer for problem resolution.5. Provides the security administration on managed system with implementation & maintenance of the action solutions. And fix every security issues and vulnerabilities once they are found or reported.6. Supports the coordination of the processing environments. Required

Bachelor's Degree
At least 4 years experience in System Administration experience on MS Windows 2000/2003 platforms
At least 2 years experience in System Administration experience on Citrix
English: Intermediate
Preferred

English : Fluent
Additional informationRequirements:
Experience in Citrix Administration with multiple sites and farms.Expert on all versions of Citrix and strong knowledge of Citrix Secure Gateway / Web Interface and the communication between them and Citrix farm.Capable to resolve the security based problems on Citrix.Trouble shooting Citrix based problems with root cause analysis and strong fundamentalsMust be flexible and able to provide off-shift and/or weekend coverage as needed.CCA Certification is Preferred
