Marketing Manager - International Flavors & Fragrances (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd

US MNC, a leading creator and manufacturer of flavors and fragrances.


Summary:

Build market/category knowledge base (brand, consumer, fragrance etc) to be able to provide strategic category insight to the local / regional team
To deliver marketing expertise and presentations to assist in the successful execution of the category, global account and key regional account business strategies within the region
Contribute to build strong and effective regional/global marketing network
Focus categories: Personal Wash, Fabric Care, Home Care


Key Responsibilities:

Capture all new product activities in India and arrange market samples
Prepare and present category/market presentations to strategic customers

Analysis trends and identify opportunities for categories and customers
Create concepts to meet new opportunities


Coordinate category presentations and workshop with cross functional team
Champion for new products evaluations / creative dialogue
Leveraging and Sharing category/market presentation with entire marketing
GPI data entry and Other activities


Essential Requirement:

Major in Marketing Job experience in marketing at least for 5 years Positive attitude and team work Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English Projects management skills Effective time management to meet schedules & deadline. Computer literacy especially in Powerpoint, Excel, Word.
