Product Engineer
Job Description:

Support all NPI activities for NPI transfer from R&D
Production support for product sustaining activities like AOS and LTB issues
Product improvement activities like quality and performance issues
Product customization to support customer request
Requirement:

Bachelors or Master Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Minimum 3-4 years of related working experience product development and test and measurement
HW design knowledge in analog/digital circuits
SW knowledge like C++ and Visual Basic will be and added advantage

Mechanical Design Engineer
Job Description:

Support mechanical design for RF/AC/DC test set, this including panel, sheet metal and mounting bracket, cable design and overall box layout.
Require knowledge in OneSpace designing tools.
Develop electrical component mechanical library.
Work with local vendor to turn the design into manufacturability parts.
Mentoring technician and provide training to assemble. Involve in continue product improvement.
Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2-3 years’ experience in mechanical design.
Good knowledge in CAD or solidworks. Able to interpret and create 2D & 3D mechanical drawing
Experience in mechanical failure troubleshooting, systematic root cause analysis and problem solving.
Knowledge in cable and interconnect, material characteristic (especially metal).
Have good knowledge in thermal management.
Experience in OneSpace designing tool will be added advantage.

System Applications/Test Engineer
Job description:

Assist business development manager in technical aspect of systems during pre-sales.
Translate customer test requirements to a test system using Agilent instruments.
Develop the board function test plan defining each test method.
Capable of understand the circuit design and define the component needed to test each path.
Manually setup the test and prove meeting the customer specification.
Implement the test methodology to Agilent TxSL software.
Prove the test plan developed can meet the customer test results.
Develop and troubleshoot test software for improvement in test time, accuracy and user interface
Support system in terms of customer training, acceptance test and delivery.
Provide technical expertise and advice to customer to resolve system and quality issues.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering/Computer Engineering
4-6 years’ experience in Product Development and system applications knowledge.
Hands on the instruments or board functional test.
Knowledge in AC/DC, Frequency, power, signal analysis test methodologies.
Good programming skills in Visual Basic, C++. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft.net technologies is preferred.
Good knowledge of test instrumentation from DC to RF.
Good communication skill.
Willing to travel 25-50%.
PCBA Engineers

Product owner of Printed Circuit Assemblies (PCA), responsible for its performance, quality and reliability throughout product life and meeting business objectives.
Improves products, processes and components to meet agreed-upon objectives.
Redesign products or components to meet cost objectives, component technology obsolescence and customer requirements.
Participates actively in new product introduction, including influencing the design of the product to ensure manufacturability and conformance with the global supply chain, enabling prototyping during first turn on, testing the reliability of prototypes and managing the transition into production.
Supports and implements the transition of products and manufacturing processes from prototype to full production and through the entire life cycle of the product.
Supports quality team and partners for customer feedback on out-of-box defects. Perform investigation and failure analysis on defective return.
Perform troubleshooting, repairing and provide disposition in situation of excessive failure or during escalation.
Identify and manage ERP data such as bill of material and routing
Requirement:

Bachelors or Master Degree in electrical and electronics engineering.
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in product development and/or in-circuit test development.
Hands on with Agilent’s test instrument such as oscilloscope, logic analyzer will be an added advantage.
Knowledge and skill set of analog/digital circuit design, FPGA application and ASIC.

Hardware Engineer
Job Description:

Design knowledge for analog systems such as power supply/regulators, signal conditioning and modulation (amplifier, filter, switch, PLL)
Design knowledge for microcontroller/microprocessor based systems/instrumentation and high speed digital system including DSP, ADC/DAC, memory device and I/O interface would be an added advantage.
Experience in PCB layout design, signal integrity, DFM and EMC/RFI regulations are also an added advantage.
Familiar with EDA tools such as Mentor Graphics, Cadence/Orcad, and simulation tools (PSPICE, Mathcad, Matlab, Simulink, Signal Processing)
Knowledge in high speed digital design (USB/PCI express) are an added advantage
Perform characterization and testing of design prototypes, analyze and validate the design to meet product performance specifications
Requirements:

Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering with >4 years related working experience
Experience with design of digital or analog or RF/Microwave system hardware architectures
Experience using equipment like oscilloscopes, logic analyzer for problem resolution and design verification
Knowledgable in LAN/GPIB/USB/PCI Standards, high speed digital and memory systems
Skills in DSP algorithms development and DSP implementation using FPGA will be an added advantage.
