Job Duties :

Oversee the maintenance and continuous operation of all mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, controls)
Responsible for the the predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance on all 2,000-ton chillers, cooling towers etc and associated pumps
Strategic Planning / scheduling of maintenance for 3 â€" 4 different sites with a total cooling capacity of 50,000 TR.
Develop sequences of operation to support process in trouble shooting and problem solving to ensure all units run efficiently at full capacity in response to plant demand and cost savings.
Able to lead and manage a team of 80 employees
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to resolve thermal comfort complaints. Recommend improvements on important building issues to the Director of Engineering.
Job Requirements:

Min Degree in Engineering
Good hands on knowledge of HVAC chillers of high capacity , including maintenance and repair.
Must be a good communicator (written and oral) with the ability to interact with other professionals, clients, administrative staff, and support staff.
Min 8 years of related work experience, including supervisory experience
Must be willing to travel or re-locate
