Job Description:

Responsible for complete supply activities, from order entry to delivery, acting as the logistic interface between customer and distribution center in Singapore, maintain price concession, quote, pricing, ship scheduling, direct shipment and Oracle service contract, manage customer RMA, credit note, DOA and OBF processes.

Job Qualification:

1.Bachelor's degree holder with related education background majored in business management, international trading, logistics or supply chain etc.

2.3-5 years' working experience in order administrations, logistics of electronic components experience is essential. Similar experience in CSR role covering Asia Pacific customer will be a plus.

3.Fluent in English (Excellent demonstrated English language skills both verbal and written

4.Good communication & interpersonal skills, capable to work in under revenue pressure

5.Computer software and database system knowledge, Oracle knowledge will definitely be an advantage.

6.Mature, good analytical ability, quick learning skill of electrical product knowledge, preferable with planning experience

7.Be stable and trustful to the company.

8. Proficiency with computer applications and familiarity with Excel and other MS Office
