Accountabilities: Ensure the health and safety of all staff involved in mining operations. Oversee and manage the mining operations and profitability. Audit mining practices, safety, environment, blasting, grade control and provide direction and advice. Liaison and supervision of the mining contractor, outside consultants and government agencies and suppliers. Manager roasters, leave, operational coverage and professional development for site personnel.Requirements : Degree in Mining Engineering. Preferably has a minimum of 5 years experiences in mining operations. Proven safety management performance in a mining operation. Proven ability in project, production and processing operational management. Initiative and strong problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Preferably not more than 47 years in age. Mining experience in Indonesia is preferable. Interested candidates are required to apply online.
