Summary:
Provide high standard IT service in combination with efficient processes, methods and tools, which is enable for operational excellence in theR&D business. The primary focus on promotingR&D center in worldwide market, developingR&D service quality and monitoring overall performance.

Your duties will include:

Promote & presentR&D Center and implement global potentialcontactsBuild and implementR&D delivery to fulfill company’s researchobjectives

Manage multi-disciplinary and multi-resource team to developR&Dproducts in parallel

Plan, develop and conduct training map for R&DMonitor Quality and Process of project delivery

Control the security of R&D, and ensure which is aligned withlocal and international rules and regulations

Initiate and manage the needs and budgets of running R&D

To be considered forthe role ofR&D Manager, you must have:

Fluent in oral and written and English, good command of Chinese is great advantage

BS or above degree in computer science or relevant major

Proven experience as a project manager with good supervisory andteamwork skills in a changing environment

Familiar with managing outsourcing IT services

Knowledge of IT certification and quality control, grasp of CMMI is agreat advantage

Result orientation combined with a strong commercial mind

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
