The Customer Service Representatives role is to handle incoming inquiries from our clientâ™ Customers. They are able to handle inquiries via all media channels supported for both inbound and outbound services. The CSR is required to represent client appropriately to all customer.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls, faxes, postal mail and emails relating to the programs supported
Provides information about the programs supported to enable customers to access the programs and the associated benefits
Identifies customer requirements and ensures that they are answered or routed through to the appropriate support area
Performs all procedures accurately including following call flows, work processes, data entry requirements and complaint management processes
Provides call backs and call downs to customers as required
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language requirements
Typing Skills â" English minimum 40 words per minute or 30 WPM local language
Sound analytical problem solving skills
Listening and Patienc
