Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage customer acquisition campaigns, offers and conversion strategies for paid placement, social networking, and SEM.
2. Establish, manage and execute CRM strategies, design email and website campaigns for the order value and frequency, and customer reserve maintenance.
3. Conceptualize and manage the design of website content including the art designing and copywriting.
4. Manage the merchandising of products and services on the website.
5. Analyze and interpret website campaign data and the revenue to increase productivity and inspire the initiatives of company.
6. Conduct market research and analysis reports to develop roadmap to raise the revenue;
7. Ensure the appropriateness of the branding and messaging covered all marketing activities;
8. Manage and monitor the daily work, assist subordinates to establish and maintain the customer resources and relations. Establish and keep improveing the department’s rules and regulations, responsibilities, service regulations and business process;
9, Assist the HR department to carry out the recruitment of relevant department and establish the measures of assessment for supervision of training and performance.
Requirements
Education and Professional Experience
1.Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field;
2. 5+ years relevant experience in e-commerce marketing with background in product or retail marketing;
3. Progressive marketing planning experience and familiar market Status Quo acquisition or related experience in a similar field;
4. Experience in international market planning experience is a plus;
5. Deep knowledge on international network alliance, SEO, SEM and email promotion is required, relevant working experience would be a plus.
General Knowledge and Skills
1. Demonstrated knowledge of Internet product marketing;
2. Strong creative, analytical, and management skills;
3. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
5. Detail oriented self starter with a strong sense of ownership and great communication skills;
6. Excellent influence, coordination and organization skills with strong sense of responsibility;
7. Fluent in English, German or French will be an advantage.
