Job Functions/Duties (may include other duties as assigned)
Serve as liaison between customers and territory sales manager and sales support staff
Provide technical product support to customers, territory sales managers and sales support staff
Develop and implement a business plan which includes goals and objectives for the SBU in consultation with the APAC SBU Leader.
Measure and analyze market share and customer satisfaction to ensure uniformity throughout the SBU
Determine pricing strategies
Develop and maintain relationships with key physicians and national medical bodies
Select and organize participation at national meetings, zone meetings, and exhibitions in consultation with APAC SBU Leader
Provide training and professional development opportunities for territory sales managers and sales support staff
Comply with all policies according to the Cook India employee manual, Cook Code of Conduct, and Cook field guide for interaction with customers
Sign and comply with both the company non-compete and confidentiality agreements.
Work Experience
National Sales experience is preferred
Prior management/leadership of others is required
Education
MBA degree preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Physical Requirements
Works under general office environmental conditions
Sitting with extended periods, utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers, etc
