Charter Sales Broker - India - Logistics Recruitment Singapore Pte Ltd

Based in Delhi and reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for all new and additional business opportunities with existing and potential customers and for the develop and implementation of regional sales & marketing strategies to optimise profits and achieve customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also be responsible for expanding the air charter sales network.
The job will involve full aspects of sales management including, the cultivation and maintaining of successful relationships with global key accounts whilst monitoring industry practices, gather customer feedback and update management of latest development, competitor analysis, market research, product positioning, product pricing & yield management and managing promotional campaigns.
In context of sales management, the job will focus on development and delivery of company’s sales plan through all constituent groups including sales team and major customers â€" forwarders, brokers, integrators - suppliers, and other airlines.
At a minimum you will have:

At least 5 years+ of demonstrated experience Air Charter Sales Brokering.
A solid knowledge of Air Charter Sales Brokering within India
Have a strong track record of developing and leading the successful marketing and sales programs for an Air Charter Sales Brokerage business with a demonstrated record of success in building new revenue streams.
Strong leadership experience in overall business-to-business sales & marketing experience.
Excellent communications skills and well-developed people management skills; ability to lead and inspire teams to accomplish objectives.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills; both short-term/tactical and long-term/strategic
Well-structured, change oriented and results focused.
