Job descriptionJob Responsibilities

Support IBM tools for System management and performance management, for Japan customers.
Tools' configuration, trouble shoot, defect and requirement management.
Prepare procedures and maintain all documents related to these tools.
Regular team meeting with Japan team.
Job Requirements
Technical Skills:

3+ years experience as a system engineer on Windows-based programming (Level 3-4).
C++, VC++, JAVA programming experience (Level 3-4).
Database experience, prefer DB2 (Level 2-4).
System management tools experience in Tivoli will be added advantage (Level 1-4).
Non-Technical Skills:

Good communication skills.
Fluent Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing in Japanese.
Reading technical documents and writing briefly in English.
Initiative and enthusiasm. Work under pressure.
Problem solve/troubleshooting/lateral & analytical thinking.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other related major.Fluent (read/write/speak/listen) in Japanese. JPL-1 preferred. Required
