Our client is a reputable and established International University located near Jakarta, Indonesia. With its status as a contemporary and prestigious learning institution, they are currently seeking competent and experienced Faculty Member/Lecturer in the following fields to be based in the University :1) English Language2) Finance and Accounting3) Information System4) Japanese LanguageKey Responsibilities:Expand the curriculum and course development to improve University’s competitive advantage as a highly regarded and well-known institution.Manage overall activities of a comprehensive and state-of-the-art content development in alignment with the education industry.Ensure that delivery of the program is aligned with the University academic quality with DIKTI’s standard and continuously improved to reach world-class benchmark.Coordinate with Research Coordinator / Unit to integrate research and publication output into curriculum.Develop faculty members/peers under the pr
ogram to build-up/expand the curriculum and courses for better deliveries.Contribute to the creation of the institution’s body of knowledge.Increase the currently successful Multi-channel Learning’s implementation by bringing it a higher level.Build strong and effective internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of department assigned to.Coordinate with other units, to promote the University’s programs in order to build more awareness to the competitiveness of these programs, especially to prospective students, graduates, alumni and employers in the respective industries.Manage and ensure the qualities of processes are efficient and updated.Requirements:Incumbent should possess a Master’s Degree or higher with the relevant field of knowledge.Lecturers with more than 5 years of teaching experience in a Higher Education Institution (HEI) are preferred.Candidate should also have at least 1 â€" 2 years of research activity experience.Possesses strong analy
tical thinking skills with good mentoring and coaching abilities.Self-initiative, open-minded and a team player, eager to grow and contribute to the professional learning culture.Computer literacy in Microsoft programs and internet proficiency.Ready to relocate.This will be a one-year contract (renewal).
