We work closely with our partners and associates in Australia, China, India, West Europe and the US to deliver a range of strategic interventions across multiple organization levels. We work selectively with clients in Asia and focus on high impact initiatives.

The employer is the rapidly expanding business division of a very large corporation that offers a complete suite of travel related services. The corporation has a track record of several decades in offering high quality travel products and services in Europe, UK, Latin America, Indian Subcontinent, Far East, Middle East, Africa and ANZ. One of its business divisions supports its clients by outsourcing of document processing services and has been growing rapidly in different parts of the world.
It is looking for five high-caliber professional to join the team as Regional Managers who will spearhead the business in different geographies :

Role & Responsibilities
The selected candidates will lead the business operations in Europe, CIS, Africa, Far East and MENA regions and will be responsible for setting up and growing the business, building and leading the teams and managing the operations. They will lead each region as a profit centre head, will develop and maintain relationship of the highest order with the clients and diplomatic missions in all countries in the region, liaise and coordinate day to day activities with all stakeholders in the region â€" diplomatic missions, country managers, local bodies, employees, media and law enforcement authorities, handling emergencies & managing crisis and ensuring overall vigilance. The positions report to the CEO.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have :

Bachelors or Masters degree from a reputed university. An MBA will be preferred.
Experience in working in the respective geography for a period of 7-8 years, the last 5 years of which should be in a senior management position
Led multi functional teams (Operations, Sales, HR, IT, Admin, Finance etc.) in a large set-up with multi-country coverage
Experience in setting up of new ventures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Presentable, suave, good social skills and very good etiquette
Excellent formal presentation skills
Pleasing personality, comfortable in the presence of multi cultural, multi nationality and multi ethnic of senior executives
Excellent oral and written English skills. Knowledge of local languages in different regions preferred.
