Finance Manager (New Delhi, India) - Kaifa Technology (HK) Ltd

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage financial accounts of the New Delhi office.
2. Manage strategic financial planning, budgeting and capacity planning
3. Ensure prompt and accurate financial and management reporting packages meeting corporate standards
4. Add value to operational excellence through the enhancement of existing procedures and controls
5. Monitor and ensure compliance with local accounting, tax and statutory requirements
6. Analyse and interpret business performance to provide the management team with appropriate advice to aid decision making
Requirements:
1. Degree holders or equivalent, with major in accountancy and with a recognised professional accounting qualification
2. Possess a minimum of 4 years of working experience with at least three years' managerial experience
3. Knowledge of internal controls is required, experience in SAP compliance is an advantage
4. Capableof reviewing workflow and system feature to identify issues to improve operational efficiency and enhance operational risk management
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels
6. Excellent management and leadership skill, to build a team which can work under pressure and meet tight deadline
7. Proficient in computer application and knowledge in computerized environment
8. Fluceny in English
