Regional Sales Manager – Southern Territory, India- Flow Asia Corporation

Represent Flow International Corporation and its products to new and existing customers/distributors.  Manage national accounts/distributors/agents and execute marketing campaign.  Work independently with company sales and marketing strategy.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for management of regional business activities, setting goals, development and delivery of strategic objectives, and optimizing regional business opportunities to achieve sales targets, growth and market share
Book New Equipment orders each quarter/month per plan
Communicate customer and market information, i.e., competition (status and pricing), applications, market conditions, sales support requirements and product performance.
Identify and manage country wide accounts/distributors/agents
Provide formal sales presentations on a regular basis during introductory visits, management presentations, and training sessions
Visit existing customers/distributors on a regular basis. Inform customers of any new technology. Report customer problems or successes to the home office.
Report weekly to head quarter all expenses, sales forecasts, call reports and itineraries; lost order reports and customer support team reports as required.
Support the education and training of assigned Regional Sales representative/Distributors/Agents.
Monitor and analyze the completive environment.
Research market conditions in regional, national areas to determine potential sales of products and/or services.
Support and deliver the market message. And representing the product line to customers at tradeshows, conferences, and speaking opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

High level of analytical ability where problems are complex.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently on projects.
High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and solicit input.
Ability to travel with some frequency, occasionally for extended periods of time.
Education and/or Training:

MBA or BS in Engineering (Mechanical preferred), Sales/Marketing or Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of capital equipment sales experience.
Minimum of (5) years experience in a Sales Management position
Working knowledge of MS Office suite applications.
