Managing Director – Executive Sales

This world-renowned hi-tech company's products are used by the world’s leading broadcasters and publishing houses, including most of the major broadcasters in Asia-Pacific and around the world.


Our Indian HQ is looking for a Managing Director cum Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales to major broadcast and media companies. You will develop the market across India and South Asia for all the company's solutions. You will need to be a dynamic self starter, who can work independently, and with our local offices to hit sales targets, as well as manage other sales staff, administrative and business staff. You will need to be a strong communicator who is driven, energetic, professional and extremely organized. International education and/or experience will be a definite asset.

Key Responsibilities
• Meet ambitious quarterly sales targets throughout South Asia
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, cross-selling to existing customers, attending trade shows, etc.
• Answering tenders and submitting effective written proposals and quotes
• Strategic account planning
• Relationship management
• Account penetration and development
Essential Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years proven sales management track record in IT/hi-tech
• Proven technical aptitude
• Outstanding leadership and motivation skills; team player essential
• Excellent spoken and written English essential; other South Asian languages a definite advantage
• University educated
