Sales Executives for India Market- Silicon Craft Technology Co., Ltd.

URGENTLY REQUIRED !!!Silicon Craft Technology Company Limited (SiC) is Thailand’s first privately held custom IC design company for Mixed-Signal System-on-chip Technology. Formed by veterans of Silicon Valley, USA, its core competencies are on Analog & Mixed-Signal integrated circuit design services and ASIC product development. The design services cover a complete design cycle from a conceptual design to the final database preparation ready for the microchip silicon fabrication.


Job Description:

Act as Local Sales Executive and Operate the business on behalf of SIC in India
Update progress status and incorporate with SIC employees headquartered at Bangkok, Thailand in any sales activities weekly.
Explore new overseas markets and creating business development for India RFID market.
Generating new customers, handling all enquiries, and selling RFID products to customers including establishing distributor relationship with leading distributing companies in India market.
Ability working as an individual and lead as a small team
Presentable & excellent communication skills in both English and Indian language
Must be willing to travel in all over India & Overseas as well.
Communicating and cooperating between SIC headquarter, customer, and production team to provide product supports and technical supports go smoothly.
Communicating and cooperating between SIC headquarter in any SIC exhibition events locally in designated market (India)
Deep marketing expertise in strategy, market analysis and product commercialization.
Strong Leadership, able to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams, proactive and strong execution.
Strong interpersonal skills, passion for succession and effective in team
To obtain market information from authorities, trade associations and other possible channels for market size and share development
Responsible for client development activities using all possible media channels such as emails, letters, magazines, face-to-face meeting, etc.
Understanding customer needs and submission of technical and commercial offer on behalf of SIC Headquarter
To monitor and map competitors development and activities from internal and external resources
To lead the major marketing events and exhibitions and support the Business Lines market communications activities in each designated market.
To produce high quality sales and marketing materials for International standards.
Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Mgt., Sales & Marketing or related subject with Technical Background
Age: up to 30 yrs
Min 3 Yrs in selling RFID products is preferred.
At least 3 years experiences of sales or branch manager.
Should be Internet savvy & proficient in MS Office
Allow working in India for a long-term period
Fluent in Indian and English is a “MUST”.
Experience and knowledge in business management and sales planning.
Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
Strong self-motivation, self-driven and a strategic thinker.
Knowledge of RFID Technology and RFID chip Inter sales will be advantaged.
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
High responsibility, punctuality, able to work under-pressure, and hard working.
