Projet Manager-IT/ERP Implementation * Career Level Required: Senior * ExperienceRequired: 5 to 15 Years * EducationRequired: Bachelor's Degree or above * JobStatus： Full Time
Role responsibilities:
* To develop the projectimplementation plan, it includes defining and confirming the project goals,identifying tasks, quantifying the resources needed, and budget & timelinesfor project completion
* To manage the executionof the project implementation plan, which includes the installation, datamigration, configuration and server and network capability interface of RIBsoftware at client sites
* To provide postinstallation support by evaluating queries and software functionality issues andresponding in an appropriate and timely manner
* Delivering an excellentcustomer experience by developing and maintaining client relationships withsenior management and End Users.
* Delivering an excellentconsultancy regarding all technical areas like Hardware Sizing, Networks, VPN,WEB technology, data base management (Oracle, SQL), backup scenarios
* Develop training manualsand IT processes and procedures
Qualifications andExperience:
* Civil Engineering or ComputerScience or similar graduation with a highunderstanding of IT processes.
* Proven field basedexperience of installations, configurations, server and networkmanagement
* Client management andcustomer liaison experience *Working knowledge of the construction, gas and oil or roads industry anadvantage * Knowledge with CAD, Constructionsoftware, Building information modeling are plus. * Have work experience in architecture, engineering, construction orIT companies.
Skills:
* Strong written and oralcommunication skills. * Project management skillsincluding planning, time management, prioritization, multi-tasking anddocumentation * An ability to be proactive, solvecomplex problems and work unsupervised
