We are an established trading, engineering and contracting organization in the Asia Pacific region. In view of our expansion programs, we invite suitable candidates to join our team in Malaysia and/or Thailand.

Responsibilities : To assist in site project set-up and its preliminaries. Monitor & control all site activities in accordance with time, cost, quality & performance. Proper recording & documentation of all site records that includes material movement, tools & equipment for accountability & systematic retrieving. Updating and on-time submission of project progress reporting for internal (HQ) & external (Client) consumption. Participate in all meetings as requested internally (HQ) or externally (Client). Close-monitoring & regular update on overall project movement for control & taking corrective action on deviation. Satisfactory upkeep & maintenance of site working premises. Undertake project planning and scheduling activities according to sequence of works/plan & communicating respective tasks to the relevant project team members and/or workers. Liaise effectively with HQ personnel of any new updates of construction drawings and/or variation request by client. Initiate & con
duct joint site inspection with Client requirements. Site maintenance, documenting & submission to HQ of all site inspection reports (RFI)To follow-up and control all non-conformance issued by the Client and preventing our Subcontractor and/or our direct workers from repeating any non-conformanceTo tackle Non-conformance Report (NCR) and ensuring all corrective actions are closed-up and thereafter, an analysis for preventive action Other instructions as provided by the Project Leader and Top ManagementRequirements : Degree in Mechanical, Construction Management and/or related Engineering discipline 3 years of working experience in the mechanical & piping works of petrochemical, power generation plant and/or in oil & gas industry. Experience in Thermal Insulation Works will have an added advantage. A self-starter, possess positive work attitude coupled with strong leadership & management skills.
